To Search the Database

• To search by any text in entire database, type the text you wish to find and select “All Columns”, then hit the "Search" button.  Thus, if you search on “Thomas”, selecting “All Columns” you will be shown all the entries containing “Thomas” regardless of which column the word appears in.
• Clicking on the light blue heading of any column will rearrange the database into a different alphabetical or numerical order. For example, if you click on the column headed “Forenames” the database will be rearranged showing these names in alphabetical order; clicking on the “Enlistment Date” heading will rearrange the database so that the earliest entries appear first.
• After the search displays, click the "Show all data" link to return to the original position.
